Our experienced Wedding Co-ordinator will also be able to assist you in the organisation of flowers, cake, hair & beauty, photography and any other requests you have should you require any recommendations.
We are licensed to hold Civil Marriage Ceremonies, of either or both sexes. Our light and spacious Restaurant, which overlooks the Estuary, can cater for up to 200 people for a sit down Reception, and our smaller Pink Room is available should you require a small and intimate Wedding Ceremony. Our Entertainment Room has its own bar and dance floor, and is licensed for over 250, with a separate Buffet Room for those guests who may wish to escape for a little quiet.

Friday 3rd June we had our wedding at the Hotel California, we had looked at lots of different venues to host our wedding, we only wanted something fairly small, with just friends and family, we wanted to do it properly but without all the "circus". Lots of hotels tried to charge us a fortune because it was a smaller party with lots of additional extras.
We went to see David at The Hotel California he understood straight away what we were trying to achieve, he was very laid back nothing was too much trouble. We chose the California because of the location the beautiful view but mainly because of their approach, they understood it was our day, whatever we wanted was fine and they didn't hear the word wedding and double the price.
We only met with David a few times and everything was organised.The day itself was fantastic, I had the room in the morning to get ready, in my room was a bottle of wine, fruit, chocolates, their was fresh flowers everywhere. They looked after us all day. The guests all remarked that the food was really lovely and how polite and good the staff were.
The whole day was brilliant we even had stunning weather, which made the photos from the decking look amazing.
If we could do it all again we wouldn't change a thing, great location, great food, great staff, great wedding.
