At Hotel California we aim to make your stay exceptional. It starts as soon as you step inside the hotel and experience the facilities, from the welcoming bars and comfortable lounges to the relaxed atmosphere in our restaurant.

The hotel is a non-smoking building, with 68 bedrooms in total. The Gannel Suite boasts a king size bed with luxurious bedding and has one of the best views in the hotel. Ideal for special occasions or if you are just looking for that something special. We have balcony rooms with views over the Gannel Estuary up to the magnificent Crantock Beach, family rooms and double rooms.

All our rooms are en-suite with a bath and shower, central heating, flat screen television, tea and coffee making facilities, direct dial telephone, hair dryer, trouser press and complimentary toiletries.

Standard Rooms / Double Twin

Comfortable and cosy rooms usually located at the front of the hotel. Standard rooms do not have a view but are excellent value for money.

View rooms

Located at the back of the hotel they look out over the ever changing spectacular tidal Gannel Estuary and surrounding countryside.

Balcony rooms

Balcony rooms are positioned at the back of the hotel some with spectacular views over the Gannel Estuary and up to the magnificent Crantock Beach.

Sun lounge rooms

Located one level below the reception, they have a spacious sun lounge ideal for relaxing in. They also have a small partitioned sleeping area housing bunk beds and some of these rooms also have an additional single bed in the partitioned area.

Family Room Tariff

Applies to children 14 years and under, each additional child will be charged at £10 per night. All children occupying their own cot are complimentary, we no longer supply cots or cot bedding.

Family Rooms

Our family rooms can sleep two adults and up to five children, with bunk beds or single beds within the main bedroom or in a small separate partitioned area.

Gannel Suite

Our suite boasts luxurious bedding and has one of the best views in the hotel. Ideal for special occasions or if you are just looking for that something special. For more details please click here
